Charles Inokon

“If it can be imagined, it can be created.”

With over 25 years of experience as a Global Legal Advisor, Strategic Business Executive, and Chief Operating Officer for companies running the world’s most critical systems of supply and demand, Charles Inokon has seen the inequities within those systems first-hand and is on a mission to change them.

Today, as General Counsel at Lineage Logistics and a trusted Independent Business Consultant, Inokon guides top-level executives, advises board members, and steers leadership teams in systematic transformations. And as a successful entrepreneur, he further explores these systems to, more specifically, transform their disparities.

Inokon builds technological innovations that change the face of ownership and consumer-ship for global systems in crisis.

Influenced by his learnings as an executive leading critical systems, such as food supply at US Foodservice and homeland security at OSI Systems, Inokon focuses on industries our livelihood depends on most: the supply chain, logistics, and finance.

Inokon’s data-driven solutions focus on ensuring equitable access and quality of food and capital while diversifying those leading the way in supplying these essential goods and services. While underrepresented and unconsidered groups benefit from inclusion, the global economy benefits from accelerated demand, increased business for suppliers, and the addition of new jobs to keep up with growth.

With the emotional intelligence of a relational leader and the negotiating power of a practicing attorney, Inokon is uniquely positioned to lead meaningful change. Inspired by his successful immigrant parents, his resilient, entrepreneurial wife, and growing daughters, Inokon is a passionate, socially-minded innovator out to make society’s most critical systems work for everyone.

Charles Inokon received his Jurisdoctor from Cornell Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as his certification as a Public Accountant, from the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business.
